Comprehension, Grammar & Writing

This is a recommended course in Champion Tutorial Centre. This course focuses on both comprehension and writing as both of them are related. To write a good passage, one should have good vocabularies, sentence pattern and metaphors and grammar skills, which could be learnt from good comprehension material.

Course highlights

-The course takes turn to teach students comprehension and composition. There will be one theme for every two lessons.
-Comprehension passages are freely adapted from South China Morning Post, Times magazine and etc. Editorial, headlines and lifestyle passages will be included to arouse students’ interest in reading.
-The course will teach different writing formats,writing skills, sentence patterns and different metaphors to boost up the writing ability of students.
-Grammar exercises are intensive to train students’ “inertia” to English.

Course Fee:

$780 per month ( 1 session per week, each session 1.5 hr)
$1450 per month ( 2 sessions per week, each session 1.5 hr)
